Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a very good variety and selection. Staff at the morning buffet was courteous, and always on cue. Concierge staff was helpful, in warning us of the possible Tea House scams that was occuring near the tourist sites.

Staff is very noisy, especially since a lot of staff rooms are close to the guests' rooms, breakfast is ok but nothing special, no bell-people outside in the night that help when one arrives. Check-in took long time. Room decor is nice.
