Rated #1 for all Beijing hotels
The gym needs more equipment. Concierge was very agreeable and pleasant but her English was not good enough to help us find proper information on train schedules. Mini-bar was not replenished on a daily basis. A larger choice of international newspapers would have been welcome. At the breakfast buffet, waiters are very attentive but too quick to remove plates, even when unfinished ! But the hotel is beautiful, so are the rooms and it was a great stay. It's a good thing we were already familiar with Beijing and China, though, since we didn't need much help to get around....
