Had a pleasant stay in Prime Hotel but quite disappointed with the room given to us.We requested for a non-smoking room at non-smoking floor and yet there were smokers.We prefer a view room but no scenery could be seen from our room.

My family and I spent a week at the hotel, in a deluxe room. The room wasn't too bright, but gave the family of 4 enough space.The bathroom was clean and quite large. The pool was cold, but had a nice size. Friendly staff, no noise and a good location.

Excellent location with in easy reach of Tourist sites ,transportation readily available. Buffet meals good in hotel and bar prices not sky high,staff friendly possibly more need to speak english. handy to shopping centre and local tourist sites.
Rooms spacious enough ,although decour needs a little attention
Swimming pool a little on cold side and gym on cramped side.
Over all more than satisfied.

The concierge service in particular was very helpful in arranging for tickets, taxis and providing general information. They also had a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, which made it easy to get a good meal quickly most any time of day. The room was a good size and clean. I would not hesitate to use this hotel in the future.
