This was the best hotel we've EVER stayed in. The service was impeccable and world class. They treat guests like royalty. The nuance and attention to detail followed through all aspects of their services, down to the polite nods from staff in the hallways to the free shoe shine. Each time we left the table to get food from the buffet, we came back to freshly folded linen napkins and a neat table. ...

Rooms look nice and modern. Housekeeping comes by 3 times a day. The fitness is big enough for a good work out. The swimming pool is good. Service at the fitness is excellent. Staff is very young like everywhere in China. They are friendly and try hard. Knowledge and experience is not always quite there yet. Huang Tin and Jing are 2 excellent restaurants. I went to all the best restaurants in Beijing. If you like good food Huang Tin and Jing should be on your list for sure.

All the staff were excellent both friendly and helpful. Standouts were the concierge and housekeeping. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking though and I found the lobby rather impersonal with no seating for guests other than the cafe/Coffee shops. Overall though I would not hesitate to recommend your excellent hotel

We thought the Peninsula was top notch in service and comfort. We truly enjoyed staying there. The concierge was extremely helpful in making reservations for us and helping us during our stay. It was a great location.

Everything about the room was excellent except that it was not extremely large. Very clean however. Restaurants were terrific (both food quality and service) and business center was very nice and accessible. Concierge was extremely helpful in booking tours and restaurant reservations.

The location, service and amenities of this Hotel are five star. It is close to many attractions and has an excellent travel service for organising day trips. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay at the Peninsula.
