The hotel is quite old. The bathrooms definitely need to be remodelled. It does have an excellent location though!

The New Otani Hotel Beijing had all the expected amenities of a first class hotel. My room was large anf clean although bathroom did not quite meet the high standard of the New Otani in Tokyo. The hotel weakness was in the conciege service due to a lack of a facility with English. All service personnel, however, were friendly and accomodating.
