The apartment was cold. After struggling with the heating system for a day or two we eventually had an oil-filled radiator brought in. This was a huge improvement as long as you stayed within about four feet of the radiator. Provision of toilet paper was Miserable -- not at all what we expected from such an up-market establishment. Surfing the internet cost two yuan a minute -- Expensive.
