1) No Chinese names of Hotel and street location were given on the internet making it difficult to translate & instruct cab drivers. 2) Hotel is so unpopular that EVERY cab driver doesn't know how to get there without the assistance from the hotel staff. 3) Guest have to go down personally to the hotel restaurant to place their food orders for room service as there isn't any food menu in the rooms. 4) NO taxi is available at the front door. You'll have to ask the concierge to get you one from another street corner
