The main lobby and garden areas are quite attractive. I would have given this a higher rating ; except there was some renovation work going on that produced a paint smell in the lobby which was fairly bad for one or two days. The room had everything one could possibly need. The turn down service included a rose and 2 bottles of water - very welcome and much better for you than chocolate!...

A good hotel for businessmen who want to stay in the business district. The room is big enough, equipped with DSL cable free of charge, good restaurant, etc.

The accessibility of the hotel is its main advantage. What it lacks in elegance and grandeur as far as aesthetics is concerned, is made up for by the cleanliness and efficiency of the housekeeping. Some minor facelifts of the garden and carpets could tremendously improve the ambience of the hotel.

Decent size room not too small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location, especially if your are doing business in the World trade center. Right next to the subway, and taxis were always available by the hotel entrance. Free internet access in the rooms! Small but sufficient gym and clean swimming pool.

A smile and showing interest towards customer is an easy way to receive customer's satisfaction. They should pay attention to the service level in the future.

I had the best experience at this hotel. The conceirge service was superb. The breakfast buffet was comparable if not better than the wynn hotel at las vegas! I had an excellent time. I suggest anyone...
