This hotel requires room renovation, especially the bathrooms. It is geared toward tour groups, however the level of service would make one doubt that.
The main issue that I had was with the system of the morning breakfast buffet. The hotel used trainee's as hostesse's and I had some debates over payment for the breakfast, despite there being a large sign at the entrance to the buffet room which indicated a 50yuan charge for breakfast, per person. The young female hostess was adamant that I should go to my room and bring a "room card" to show her.(I have no idea why) Normally I wouldn't object to staff requests, but in this case I did raise an objection. I objected, because I had taken breakfast the day before, with the same young lady in attendance, and there were no problems.
The same young lady insisted that I was only allowed one portion of breakfast.
