I was hugely satisfied with the facilities both inside and outside the room.I was received warmly,all my querries were adequately attended to , and I was provided good service by the travel desk.I wish the closet to be bigger to provide more space for hanging suits & shirts etc.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Downtown Beijing for 6 nights and the service was excellent. They tried their best to help us in different areas of needs. Communication wasn't a problem at all. Most of their staff were able to speak fluent English.
