The hotel reception was initially slow. The hotel is located in an excellent location. The rooms are very clean, comfortable & spacious. It is worth spending a little more & staying in a deluxe suite with a double bed on request. A double bed is at least a queen size in the westerners world. It has good facilities such as foreign exchange, booking tours & the buffet breakfast was excellent & value for money. However, the beds are very hard like sleeping on wood....

Electronic key to one of our rooms was not working. We have to call housekeeping to open it each time we go back to our room. It was a waste of our time waiting for them to open it. We should have been given a discount.Reception employees must be able to speak English
to facilitate communication with customers.

Jump a hop and a skip from Wang Fu Jing but quite a walk to Tian An Men. Currency exhange was difficult in the hotel. Safe in room was broken.
