The one disapointment was the failure of the hotel staff to address the failure of the airconditioning in the room I occupied (other than with the supply of a fan) despite my many complaints! Had I not been as busy, night & day, I would have vacated due to lack of response! Staff are trying hard to please but need some time it appears to become competent! The hotel has good facilities but must improve service!...
