Serviceminded and efficient personnell, many with good english skills. The buffet in the restaurant was good. Our kids specially enjoyed the chocolate fondue. Nice gym, perhaps some more machines. Pool OK. No possibility to come out in the "fresh air" on the roof, is it possible to arrange a small terrass on the roof?

I really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms were lovely - clean, and extremely well maintained. Actually the whole hotel was fantastic. The service was great and the people friendly. When in Beijing again, I will go to the Crowne Plaza!
