My room was not properly cleaned especially the toilet. Most of the staff were friendly with the exception of a few. The boys standing outside the hotel helping us to ahil for taxis and helping us with our shopping bags everyday were excellent and helpful. The waiters and waitress at the cafe when we were having breakfast were generally polite but some were not attentive enough. O yes the fruits served during breakfast, in particular the apples needs vast improvements. They were not fresh and when I bit into them, they are usually bruised. On the whole, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Marriott City wall.
