"We had problems with a booked transfer from the airport to the hotell. The car did not come and we had to take a taxi. They tried to charge us double rate but we refused and was about to leave the taxi when they decided to drive for the prie we wanted to pay. We were really pissed and told the Front Office Manager what we were thinking about the service given. She handled this problem very well, we got the money back aand she upgraded us to a better room. The rest of our stay were excellent. "

"I would recommend the Kennedy Hotel to anyone staying in Santiago. It is in the Vitacura district, which is an upscale location and very safe. The hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly, a great value for the money."
