Very good locatrion which is closed subway, bus and Eton Centre( Centre of Toronto). Everything is convenience for traveller or Business people.
My room is standard room with one single bed. But it's big enough for one person sleep, room size is enough big, and bathroom is very clean and light, looks like just renovaton. Being of 2-star, no swimming pool, no business centre. Once i need send Fax and photocopy, the staff just send me to Front Desk to do all.

Very good location which is close to Eaton Centre and Dundas subway. But bedding is not good enough especially the blanket is too old, there are so many hole on it, also too thin.
Hope room can be add one more wastepaper bin in the room!

Only stayed one night but would use hotel again as staff were very friendly, rooms really fresh and clean, location excellent, very central with underground only yards from hotel. Friendly and helpful porter who made sure everyone in waiting area boarded their correct airport transfer bus. Didn't have dinner at hotel but breakfast was most enjoyable with good choice.

It was a comfortable stay, with the convenience of a complimentary shuttle to and from airport. It is a fair distance to shopping centres & entertainments but the bus services were good. I booked because of the proximity of the airport and the shuttle otherwise too isolated. The restaurant attached to the Bond Place was excellent.

Central location in the middle of Toronto. Good access to public transport and entertainment centres. The hotel is old and is probably in need of a facelift but for convenience it must rate highly. The neighbourhood is essentiallly inner city and the ambience rapidly deteriorates the more east one ventures.

The room was smaller than expected, however it was decent in that two people could still walk around and not be walking into one another. The beds were rather hard, but again for a short stay they were fine. Neither the small room size, nor the hard beds would stop me from returning to this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were also very clean and the staff was friendly as well. It is a great location, right next to the Eaton Centre and the subway. The only complaint is about parking. I had expected to be able to park in the underground parking garage for $15 a day, however when I arrived it was full, seeing as the hotel does not own/reserve space for the guests. I was able to park in a lot right infront of th hotel, and in fact could see my car from my room, however this was $20 a day. In my opinion though if the hotel states, as I was told when I called to confirm my reservation, that there is underground parking avilable for $15 a day, that you should then be able to park there when you arrive. Overall thouhg I had a nice stay and would return to this hotel if I am in the area again.
The room was nice and clean. I was not there to stay at the hotel, I was there go tour the city. There was not a large lobby, just a few chairs, and the area was not very large. The price was a little steep as far as the room goes, but to be at that location it was a good deal.

Breakfast not have so many kinds of food you may choose. They offer somevaluable informations you required. But no luggage service. (Ask for delivery luggage once guest arrival). I will let some people who will visit Toronto staying this hotel. Being of location at downtown area, close to Dundas Subway and Streetbus, so convenience. You may reach everywhere you like. Can reach everywhere you want. But it's not complemantry. There is shuttle bus to airport every 20 minutes.
