Stayed four nights with my family (2 adults, 2 children) while visiting Ottawa. The room was large, clean, and quiet, and the kitchen more than adequate. Parking was in a garage under the hotel, and while not free was readily available and secure. Wireless access was good, although cost $3.00 per computer per night. Housekeeping was very efficient and attention to detail was evident. The bathroom door latch was broken when we arrived, but maintenance took care of it promptly and thanked us for bringing it their attention.
