I like all the staffs in the hotel. All are very friendly. It's clean and comfortable. It has all the facility such as swimming pool, sauna, massage centre and bar. 5 minute drive from the city centre, but the is always 24 hours tuk-tuk waiting outsite the hotel to bring you to the city. Nice newer hotel along the main airport road.
Staff could use some seasoning, but, VERY friendly and accomodating.
Foodservice could use a bit of improvement.
Room size and bathroom were very good for this level of facility.

Great hotel, should have another star added to the 3. Nice breakfasts,very tidy with good size rooms and plenty of tuk tuks to take you to town. Will stay here again one day I hope.
