This is the hotel for the holiday. You get much more than you get. Once you arrive the hotel, they dont make you wait at the front desk. With a welcome drink, they sat you on the lobby sofas, and make the check in there. One of the best service experience i had in a hotel. The breakfast is nice, and they dont clean the buffet unless you leave the restaurant or they ask.. Any staff member is so kind. The room, i stayed in deluxe, was big enough and clean.. There is a nice pool at the hotel garden, they supply pool towels as well. 2 USD for Tuktuk to the old market place, where you can shop or e...

I suggest any of my friends to stay in this hotel..

I booked this hotel one week prior to arriving, and did not make any other arrangements. After I got there the front desk set me up with an excellent English speaking guide and a driver to take us to the temples for the next two days for a good price. They also were happy to make restaurant reservations and everything else we asked of them. Very clean pool and a nice restaurant. This is a new hotel in a good location with a great staff.

Hotel is just 5 mins away from the city centre and that's what I like about it - it's away from all the noise and traffic. I also liked the feeling of space when I got back to the hotel. Decor and ambience is rather clean, uncluttered. Surroundings are admittedly not lavish and extravagant but thought it was great value for money given the little touches of detail that scores the hotel many brownie points with me. Would certainly recommend it to all my friends.
