I was stolen in that hotel. I left some cash and my purse in the room on the first day of my arrival when I was out for sight-seeing without putting them in the safe, which was my fault. But I do not think this should be used as the acuse for someone secretely taking away part of my cash from my purse. It was an awful experience

Both our room and the hotel in general were very clean and well kept. The restaurant is quite pricey, so we chose to venture into town for our meals, which we probably would have done anyway since it gives us a better sense of the city. My one concern concerns the beds - although it appeared to be very clean, I did wake up with several bites. I think they came from the bed.

Nice looking building and rooms. Multiple power cuts at often inconvenient times (when in the shower!). The restaurant looks ok, but is horrendously overpriced for poor quality food. Take a tuktuk and eat in town for a twentieth of the price, is our advice. Cambodians are lovely, friendly people, so enjoy the country- couldn't really recommend this place, though.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Perfect location, close to the airport and not far from Angkor Wat. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other travelers. close to the airport. Always some tuktuk drivers around for transport to the city. Hotel staff will help you to call a taxi or find a driver for more remote areas in Angkor.

The hotel was very clean, room was spacious and value for money. Although the air-cond was not functioning well when I check-in but the problem was quickily rectify after I made a complaint. The hotel staff was helpful and quick in attending to the problem. They even have offer to change the room for me if they cannot solve the problem. But they have managed to get the air-cond working within 30mins. The food for breakfast at the coffee house need improvement. The food offer are the same everyday since I was staying there for 4 days, imagine eating the same type of food. The menu need to be change and offer more varieties. Location of the hotel is strategic. Only 10mins from the airport, 15mins to Angkor archaeological park, 5-10mins to town like Center Market and Old Market, eating outlets. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay in, a good place away from home. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.
