Excellent concierge who spoke fluent Japanese and English. Very helpful and friendly staff in general. Location is a bit out of the way. Nothing within walking distance. Didn't seem like a very safe place to walk at night.

Very clean, well presented. About 5 minutes from town centre, but tuk-tuks readily available for about US$3. Breakfast selection very good.

actually Hotel is 10 minutes far away from downtown by toto, a small wagon drived by motocycle. but if you consider about his price, i think it is a best choise to stay and Siem Reap

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Was a little way out of way. It would have been much better if the rooms were sound proof as next to us were some rather "inconsiderate" tour groups who waked the whole family at the crack of dawn each day.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Breakfast is good and location is easily accesible. Tuk tuk is always readily available in front of the hotel's entrance. At first, I have my doubts to book a hotel through the internet. Anyway, I took the chance and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Hotel travel.com certainly delivers what they promised. Already I am planning to use hoteltravel.com for my next vacation to Ko Samui.

I cannot praise this hotel high enough. It made the trip even more enjoyable than it was. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was luxurious, the service was perfect, and the value was the highest quality.

What we liked most:Good changes of varieties for the continental breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable. Excellent customer services to the airport with free transfer. Not so good: We were not informed of free airport transfer in the booking.

There is nothing much to say except that I leave as a very satisfied customer and will definately use this hotel again. Would highly recommend it to others.
