It's a very pleasant hotel stay for me as I am travelling alone.
The room is spacious and cosy.
Hotel Staff is very friendly and kind.
Very good and love my stay there. Lourdes Acuna, Philippines
The hotel was very cozy and the surroundings and facilities were clean. The room was large and the furnishings and appliances were all new and working. The bathroom was sparkling clean and large. This hotel is good for holiday accommodation, but if you are on a business trip, you might need a hotel with a business center. There was internet access but no printing and faxing services. Since I was on holiday, the absence of these services did not make a difference to me. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
Many of the staff spoke limited English. This is not appropriate at the concierge desk. There were tons of crickets in our hotel room! The doors are not properly fitted to the floor, thus crickets and other crawlies have easy access to the rooms. This should be rectified in this jungle-type setting. The room was nice and the hotel was lovely. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
Hotel rooms, garden area and pool were nice and spacious. The room was a good value for what I paid. The resturant was a little over priced and food preperation was slow but the staff were friendlly. I would stay at this hotel again. A HotelTravel.com Member, United Kingdom
This is a charming hotel with a great location just a ten minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants in Siem Reap. It may be busy and dusty in the streets but the hotel grounds are green with palm trees and orchids. We were really impressed with the staff here - they were all incredibly friendly and extremely attentive. We lost our luggage between Bangkok and Siem Reap but the concierge sorted it all out for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples alike. A HotelTravel.com Member, Australia
This hotel is REALLY great value. The aspect is gorgeous, looking out onto the central pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and food great. I would not hesitate to recommend the Day Inn, particularly if you're looking for a more personalised/smaller hotel in Siem Reap. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
I like the hotel because it's beautiful and the location is good. But the staff needs better training from hotel professionals. Lex Lees, Australia
Day Inn Angkor offered comfortable, spacious rooms in a good location. The pool was very much appreciated after a day at Angkor Wat. LAWRENCE BURROW, Norway
Perfect experience here! Beautiful room, great staff, quiet, spotless, great location, small problem handled nicely! Reasonable price! Nice pool! Cold A/C! Do it! A HotelTravel.com Member, Malaysia
This hotel does not deserve 4 star rating, more like a 3 star. Coffee/tea making should be available in rooms rather going down to coffee house for coffee. Breakfast is not fantastic as choices is limited. Housekeeper is not well trained: newspaper, hotel folder etc etc not properly put in place. |
