We enjoyed our stay in the Day Inn Angkor Resort very much. The rooms are spacious and clean, the outdoor facilities are nice and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The best thing was that they we could use their Spa facilities to refresh in the afternoon on our depature day even without charge.

I stayed 3 nights and the Resort was well. Only the internet-station is worse: The PC is very old fashion, without Update since Nov. 2004. The line is very slow and you must pay a lot of money for bad Internet-service. The keyborad most dirty and since 2004 not cleand. The pool ist pretty and the aroundarea well for relax. Staff effectly with tours and adventures. God location for do somethings in the city. Not far to Nightmarket and others.

Room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to major tourist attractions- less than 15 minutes walk to famous pub street and you feel safe when you walk back to Day Inn after dinner. No noise from streets so that it won't break you sleeping. Will definitely choose Day Inn if I visit Siem Reap again.

Good sized pool which hardly anyone seemed to use. Perfect for chilling after a hectic day. Location good too, only 10 minute walk to restaurants.

Hotel rooms, swimming pool, welcome by staff, hotel atmosphere and design, cleanliness, calm and the neighbouring restaurant with French cook were all excellent. Location is good as it is in a calm area, with many restaurants 10min walk from the hotel, and always a tuktuk in front of the hotel if are in hurry. Breakfast is good without being excellent. Although staff was always nice, we were not satisfied in the following situations: - we needed to download pictures from our cameras to a hard disk 3 time during our 5 days stay, but the settings of the public computers did not allow it. We then used the staff computers but of course they were reluctant, and it was not practical at all. They did not try to improve this situation by changing settings on public computers during all our stay, although we told them we would need to do it frequently. - we asked to book bus tickets back to Phnom Penh on the morning of the day before departure but they forgot to do it, result: in the evening the next morning bus was full. - the bus tickets arranged by the hotel cost 12 USD (Angkor Express); as I thought it was too expensive, we went into town to buy tickets ourselves for 8 USD each on the same bus. 50% surcharge for booking tickets is a real scam. - laundry given before 10 should be returned in the same day 5pm, it is written on the laundry form. But as we gave laundry at 07am, staff said it was not sure to be ready in the evening. In the evening it was not in the room, but we h

The hotel was very cozy and the surroundings and facilities were clean. The room was large and the furnishings and appliances were all new and working. The bathroom was sparkling clean and large. This hotel is good for holiday accommodation, but if you are on a business trip, you might need a hotel with a business center. There was internet access but no printing and faxing services. Since I was on holiday, the absence of these services did not make a difference to me.

Many of the staff spoke limited English. This is not appropriate at the concierge desk. There were tons of crickets in our hotel room! The doors are not properly fitted to the floor, thus crickets and other crawlies have easy access to the rooms. This should be rectified in this jungle-type setting. The room was nice and the hotel was lovely.

Hotel rooms, garden area and pool were nice and spacious. The room was a good value for what I paid. The resturant was a little over priced and food preperation was slow but the staff were friendlly. I would stay at this hotel again.

This is a charming hotel with a great location just a ten minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants in Siem Reap. It may be busy and dusty in the streets but the hotel grounds are green with palm trees and orchids. We were really impressed with the staff here - they were all incredibly friendly and extremely attentive. We lost our luggage between Bangkok and Siem Reap but the concierge sorted it all out for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples alike.

This hotel is REALLY great value. The aspect is gorgeous, looking out onto the central pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and food great. I would not hesitate to recommend the Day Inn, particularly if you're looking for a more personalised/smaller hotel in Siem Reap.

I like the hotel because it's beautiful and the location is good. But the staff needs better training from hotel professionals.

This hotel does not deserve 4 star rating, more like a 3 star. Coffee/tea making should be available in rooms rather going down to coffee house for coffee. Breakfast is not fantastic as choices is limited. Housekeeper is not well trained: newspaper, hotel folder etc etc not properly put in place.

The hotel is quiet, it's like a semi boutique hotel which is what we were looking for and expected because we don't like stay at a big hotel with many rooms and lots of noise. We enjoyed ourselves at Day In Angkor Resort. It was worth what we paid for the Deluxe room. We will come back for sure and stay at the Day In Angkor Resort again next time. We recommend to stay at Day In Angkor Resort to any one who would take holiday in Siem Reap. They have great rooms, great food, great location and value for the price.

Its spacious for a standard room. The balcony is a plus point. Seemed like a small inn of sort - although it may lack the basic facilities of a regular hotel, its customer service of its staff is highly commendable. It makes up for everything else! Its got all the basic amenities a traveller needs: dining, pool and meeting rooms. Its an inn, so we cannot expect a gym, drugstore or hair salon. I would highly recommend it to anyone on business or leisure. Its location is a plus point. Walking distance to all conveniences...especially food! If one decides to dine in, price is affordable too. In a small town like Siem Reap, that's all a traveller needs ! At the Days Inn, they've got it. Affordability, very clean and excellent customer service! I would give it 4 star rating for service!
