This is an excellent hotel and good value for money. The staff were very fiendly to us and help to arrange the Angkor trip and evening dance program. Gave lots of good suggestions on where to visit during our stay in the Siem Reap. The staffs were very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was very good and served early in the morning from 6 am.I highly recommend any one stayng in Siem Reap to go take this hotel. You will not be disappointed....

Lovely hotel but unfortunately they were doing some building work to extend the spa facility. This was beside the pool area and quite noisy.

The room was beautifully appointed and everything we expected. The only complaint was the noise from the guests above as well as outside the room, due to the hard-wood flooring. The staff was very polite and helpful. The service at breakfast and around the pool was hit or miss. At times we felt like we were forgotten about, but a few times they were right there to replenish the coffee or offer another drink right away. All in all, we were very impressed, thought it was a great value and we would definately stay there again.

The hotel was just great. The only disappointment was that I was expecting it to have a spa available, especially as spa is the hotel name. But it is not built yet. Apart from that the hotel was fine, staff very friendly, rooms good and good food, although we only used the restaurants for breakfast. The location is also very good and well back off the main roads and quite safe and secure feeling.

Unfortunately the rooms were very noisy (air-conditionning, showers, toilets etc) as well as the passage in the halls.

I doubt whether this truly is a 5-star hotel. But hotel staffs speak execellent English. It was about 1 dollar from the city center by Tuktuk, 2 dollars at night. I saw lots of ants on the desk in the hotel room. but i guess it was inevitable because it is a tropical country.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations as it was recently renovated. Staff were friendly and overall the hotel was very nice (i.e., 4 star facility) adding to the value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Our third stay here. A perfect hotel going for five stars now. Intimate relaxed hotel with beautifull rooms especially in the new wings.

Lovely Hotel but as I soon found out not all rooms face the swimming pool. But when I asked to change it was made available for me for the next night. The compulsory NYE dinner was very overpriced for US$74 without any drinks. The hotel is a US$2 tut tut ride from town and is better as it was away from the noise . I would recommend eating and drinking in town as it is alot cheaper . There also isnt much help with finding out what to see and do you are told to buy a guide book.

A brand-new, sparkling clean, luxurious hotel. Very attractive pool. A little way out of town, but that is good because the town is bustling and dusty. The staff is so pleasant and eager to be of assistance. Rooms are quite large and furnished attractively. Cannot say anything bad about this hotel. Stay there!
