The General Manager of the hotel came to talk to us, to find out how was our stay. The spa staff is nice and efficiency. The internet connection is good. The breakfast was wonderful. The door man is very helpful. The towel is clean and swimming pool is big. The place is safe and it is very near to restaurant, shopping centre and food stalls. However, same as all hotels, teh Check in and check out service are very slow. ...

Excellent quality and spacious room. We had a 'deluxe' with balcony overlooking the pool. Very good quality Hotel and a great place to escape from the heat and dirt of the Temple trail. The pool and gardens, etc are kept in great shape. The service was good, but not great. This hotel gets a LOT of tour goups doing 'one night' stopovers. I think the staff just get a little tired of dealing with large tour groups. A little out of town which means you can't really 'walk out' to other resturants. But a good location for access to temples and airport. No major complaints as such - they were efficient. So it depends what kind of experience you want - if you want a Western style experience to escape to at the end of the day - this is great. If you want to 'feel Cambodia' stay at a cheaper place.
