Very good atmosphere, many restaurants with very good food. Perfect tour desk, concierge, business center and taxi service! Very nice pool and surroundings. And everywhere very friendly personnel. An accident with red wine on a white dress was quickly taken care of in the laundry. In other words this is a perfect hotel for business and leisure!

I had a Deluxe room and was very satisfied, although the bathroom was a little cramped. The staff were friendly and efficient and the facilities excellent. I was pleasently surprised at the substantial discount HotelTravel had negotiated on the rack rates - well done.

The Bed is very hard, it feels like sleeping on hard floor, The carpet need to be replace, carpet in the room is ok, hallway carpet had stain every where, Breakfast was very good, over all is one of best hotel in the city, yes I will go back to this hotel

Phnom Penh Hotel is, in general, big and rooms are spacious. However, it is rather old. Lifts moving very slow, and there were"traffic jams" during the morning peak hours, especially when big tour groups arrived. Buffet breakfast in the Hotel is average. Food looks the same for the 4 days when we were there.

we enjoyed the clean rooms but very dissapointed that front desk couldn't tell us where to go to a culture show. I asked for a taxi with the bell hop he said no because we have to take the hotel limo. I feel that all the staff especially the front desk should be able to speak better english.

We had a buffet on arrival night was very poor.The food was not fresh,in fact it was smelly. We tried duck, chicken, prawn and all were disgusting.

It is a standard hotel with average quality. A little expensive on foods. Room is ok but a liitle dark. Not near the sightseeing spots. more siutable for business than tourist.

Superior room got a bigger space and bedroom than other hotels. Actually, other rooms should be quiet. But my room is above the pub in the lobby, so I heard very noisy music at night (pub closes at 1 AM).

Very good and well recognised hotel in phnom penh! Huge room with a great view to the pool area - also good tv program choice. Really nice staff and very supportive to make the stay in phnom penh a safe and plessant.
