Excellent location for leisure travelling. The hotel rooms are clean, but you should not have high expectation of comfort or luxury. The actual hotel rate is not cheap for what it is especially in the city of Phnom Penh. The hotel staff are usually very friendly in Cambodia, and Khmer Royal staff are just as good as the others. In a scale of 1-5, I would give Khmer Royal a 4.
