The service there is outstanding, but locates too far from the downtown, Royal Palace and the Bar street, Gym facilities, swimming pool and BC are the best in town I think, great for biz man to stay but not the tourists....

The hotel was pretty out of the way from everything. There really wasn't anything within walking distance. The hotel could hire you a taxi for $8/hr...or you could walk to the corner for a tuk tuk...much more reasonable. We did have a wonderful time in Cambodia and would highly recommend eating at the restaurant Friends. The food was delicious and it is run by an NGO training street children in the business. The pumpkin soup is a must! Back to the hotel- it was ok. We stayed there because we are collecting points.

The staff was marginal. There did not seem to be a concierge and the front desk staff could not help with simple questions. pretty much as you would expect for a 5 star hotel of 10 years old. Everything well done.

Good hotel by Cambodia standard, but not what would normally class as 5*- not very central but easy to get transport.
