It is not a five star hotel. It's just 3 star hotel.. Even cannot get 3 stars. Its a scam.. Dont ever stay in this hotel. Read the reviews, the bad ones are correct. Its in the worst place of the city. The breakfast is not good as it is said in the reviews. I am wondering if they are the staff or the owners of the hotel. The breakfast is also awful..... Terrible hotel... Not in a safe place...

This hotel is rundown and not worthy of its 4 star status and price e.g. the drapes and linen in the rooms have holes that were patched unprofessionally. Some even had stains in them!! Staff are also unable to follow simple instructions, probably die to poor grasp of english and needs of international travellers. Avoid if possible. There are better ones out there.
