The desk staff was quite helpful and friendly. The location was very good in that it is right off a main street, Norodrom. The room service was efficient but the food was marginal. However, the breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was very clean and of good size. The hotel has all of the basics..nothing is fancy but all you need is right there. For our purposes, the location is a plus since it is close to the international school. The food from room service was not great but the service itself was efficient. Room was well kept and bathroom facility was clean. The room is basic and a bit worn but I would stay there again. Tuk-Tuks are abundant right outside the door. If a taxi is needed the hotel staff is very good about arranging for their arrival. I did not notice any noise at all so I guess this was quite good. I used the internet one time. The restaurant is good for lunch and dinner, though it takes some time to get the food. However, the breakfast is simply horrible! The coffee is undrinkable, the bread made of air, and the supply of food at the breakfast buffet is poor. Don't pick this hotel because of the included breakfast, but because of the good and quiet location, friendly staff, and nice swimming pool.
The internet facilities are there, but are very expensive and slow compared to the internet cafe just around the corner. Belinda Pribil, Australia
