they are very honest. we booked a room w/o balcony but with window, however the hotel offers rooms only with windows and balconies. Hence, they gave us a room w/o window at first. Then, they took the intiative to check with the agency through which we booked the hotel, and then gave us a room with window and balcony. They also happily arranged transportation for us w/o charges. ...

This hotel is definitely not a three star hotel. Could have paid the same for a true three star one. This is only a two star hotel. Doesn't need a genuis to know.

Service of reception staff excellent.They remember repeated customers. Very spacious room. Only minus point, the discoteque opposite is very noisy and can be heard even though the balcony has double glass panels.

location is so so. u need to take tuktuk to the riverside and i believe as a foreigner i am not brave enough to walk 10 min to the riverside because the main road is so dark without any lamp post. the disco opposite the hotel is wonderful, u may hear the music and noise all night long. the hotel is facing main road, very noisy, the wall is so thin. i don't see any difference of having a balcony or not because it is so dusty on the balcony floor and the housekeeping never clean it. i never open the balcony door as well. room is thiny. with what i saw from the internet is totally different. breakfast is poor. not much variety. one thing that very interesting happened to me when i had my breakfast. i came before another 3 foreigners (white, gold hair and blue eyes, i am not sure where they came from). they sitted next to my table. tea and coffee been served on the buffet line. suddenly, one of the waitress came and served tea and coffee to the foreigners next to me. and i expected the same service will come to me, but i think i am yellow, black hair and brown eyes, the waitress look at me for 2 seconds and walk away!!!

From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was assisted by helpful friendly staff from the reception to cleaning staff. Professionality was their key aim. The room by Asian standards was large, well appointed and clean. The hotel is located a short walk from the riverside and the main entertainment area. The restaurant is Japanese and the breakfast selection is a cross between asian and western. I can only say that it is one of the better hotels that I have stayed in and have recommended it already to other travellers.

An excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to some nice restaurants and bars. The staff very well friendly and helpful and in my opinion the breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel. The only small complain was the misquito I went to bed with on the last night... check your room before sleeping!

This is a great value for money hotel in Phnom Penh. The only problem if you are not used to noise, there is a disco across from my room and even with the double glazing windows you may still feel the boom from their music till 3 am
