The private beach is the only eye-catching point. Besides, the accomodation is just so so.

Room,Facilities and Pool very good. Beach excellent. Very clean and well looked after. Don't bother with the Deluxe sea view all of the rooms are the same size and with the trees planted between the hotel and the water you may catch a view of the water between the trees but its not worth paying extra. No hotel tour desk and transportation options are limited to Tuk-Tuks at exorbitant prices. No taxis and no help from the staff. The hotel runs a free shuttle from the hotel to other beaches and downtown twice a day which helps but limits you to the schedule. We flew from the local airport to Siem Reap and when we asked for transpotation to the airport 15 kilometers away we were advised it was 30.00 USD. Asked if they could call us a taxi but were advised no taxis were available. When we had enquired about renting the hotel van we were told it was 7.00 USD per hour.Guess that did not include going to the airport. The van was going to the airport to pick up passengers that were arriving on the plane we were to take to Siem Reap.Facilities great but staff not very good.

The hotel is beautiful, specially with the long private white sand beach. It's the best hotel for guests to enjoy the privacy. Other facilities are good as well. Only one request, it will be perfect the hotel has a small pharmacy.

beautiful and quiet beach just steps away, but the party noise could be annoying. the rooms are good, but the seaview rooms are pretty far from the sea.

Has no gift shop, if you want suntan lotion, snacks, books, soft drinks,etc.must take a 15 min. ride into town. I hired my own taxi to take us back to pp at same price to get to sville.$35...hotel wanted $45 for same service...BUT has excellent beach.
