My main complaint was that the air conditioning did not cool the room, the external condensers were not working. We therefor did not sleep well as there was no way to open the windows for air. I suffered (on two seperate occasions in seven days) a bad, uncomfortable nights sleep. I had the feeling the units were off deliberately to save on money, but that is only a personal belief.
