Even though I was on the 21 floor the noise from poloice sirens all night meant I had little sleep.
The reception staff were surly unhelpful and unable to cope with the number of people needing attention - I waited over 15 minutes to check out.
You get what you pay for! Noise from the street meant no sleep - even tho I was on 21 floor. Very unhelpful reception staff plus unable to cope with the numbers of people. Not a nice neighborhood, lot of office blocks. Breakfast cold and too busy. Transportation Availability good, Close to Brussels North.
