We were very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived we found that the hotel rooms do not have kitchenettes, dvd players or any such facilities as those on the hotel's website. It made the hotel sound much more upmarket than it is. Be very wary of booking this hotel if you expect anything other than a very basic hotel room. We would not go back there again for the price that they charge.
Only basic facilities at room, very few power outlets to use, bathroom always became quite wet from using the shower.
The hotel's website advertised many more features than the hotel has - basically false advertising. The name of the hotel is Elite Suites - they do not offer suites at all. Desk staff did not seem to care that the hotel's website mentioned features that they do not have, and refused to offer us any type of comfort when we expressed our displeasure at luring us in with promises of kitchenettes, etc, when their rooms do not have this facility. We have young children and were relying on having this facility. Menu was very limited and food ordinary for room service. THe one saving grace was that the restaurant staff were very good in the morning at breakfast, offering to cook us fresh eggs, etc. Other than their service and friendliness, breakfast was very plain and often the hot food was cold in the serving dishes, and not very fresh.
Very disappointed with this baby cot - we asked for the extra cot, but they did not have them and prefer to charge either 5 BH
