Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the centre of the city and very convenient for walking around the main museums, restaurants and shops. The bus stop for the airport bus shuttle was few minutes away. We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. However this hotel is not the best choice for those who prefer spending time in the hotel. There are not any restaurants or bars at the hotels. Only the restaurant for breakfast is available....

Hotel position very convenient and rooms very spacious. Reception was very polite and helpful.Only drawback for me was that I could not watch a news channel since of the 42 tv channels the 40 were in German. When I pointed out that Sky News was not playing they said they were sorry but did nothing to sort it out.
