It was a fantastic hotel. Stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Hotel was great, lovely room, really warm, excellent food and brilliant location. Highly recommend this hotel and I have travelled all over the world but this hotel will stay in mind as fantastic place to stay

We stayed for 5 nights while on holiday in Vienna and found this to be a great hotel and excellent value for money. Hotels rooms in Europe are always small and this was so for the Sofitel but it wasn't the smallest I've stayed in! Location was OK, 10 minute walk to the State Opera. Staff made the difference, without exception they were all fantastic and the restaurant was great.

If you are looking for a good service at low cost, this is a good choice. This hotel is excellent for its cleanness, bed, shower, price / quality ratio, professionnamism of its personnel, and close to the underground. For business people looking for fitness, swimming pools, safe, bedroom bar, high class restaurant, large conference room, etc..., it will not be too good a choice.

Perfect location and good hotel. The staff at the reception desk is not on the level of the hotel. Although we stayed there in low season, the hotel wasn't too expensive, but generaly, the hotel is a little bit too expencive for the that level of accomodation. Anyway, we are satisfied with our stay
