Great location for sightseeing and shopping. I stayed here while attending a conference at the Vienna International Center. It was really handy as Stephansplatz station is just outside the front door. I would definitely stay there again. I would just ask for some fresh fruit with their breakfast buffet....

My friends arrived 1 day before me and I had paid for 3 people for 3 days. There was no bed nor towels for me organised. When I arrived late I asked for towels but they could not supply me with any towels until the next morning. The room was very small for 3 people. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. For the price we paid I felt this was very very poor. Thye location was excellent

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was decent, breakfast was good with a fair selection. Overall not luxury but very good value with some old world charm.

personally I think the hotel should improve its airconditioning system. It was hot and the room was even hoter. Thats the only problem noticed during my stay.

bathroom,doors,air condition in 4* hotels must be realy good , not like in this hotel.Location,food,reception is OK, but not also chance for parking beforte hotel.
