We booked a queen bed room and we received a room with 2 single beds pushed together that were made up as single beds. We requested this to be rectified and were told that this is how queen beds are made up. Not satisfatory for us. Otherwise an excellent hotel with a fantastic gym and steam room....

The buffet breakfast had the best choice of dishes I have seen for a long time, everything was laid out nicely and looked very appetising. It was rather expensive hotel but for us was convenient being opposite the airport.The basin in the bathroom leaked water onto the floor, otherwise a good hotel.

Excellent location, self-service restaurant excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Only 1 teabag (English Breakfast) provided in room. Asked for a second but was provided with additional toothbrush etc. instead! Found bath very slippy - nearly fell, banged my leg, bruised. I mentioned it to reception on checking out and asked that it be passed on to Management - an older, less fit person, might have had a nasty fall. Overall, a lovely, welcoming hotel especially after a 350 km drive from Berchtesgaden in driving rain and fog!
Room was warm, clean, bright, well equipped. The information left in the bedroom just mentioned Wellness Centre but did not state what was available there. Would not have had use for any of the other facilities. Waiting staff excellent, reception staff very friendly. Only problem was that I asked for a second English Breakfast tea bag and more milk but the girl on reception must not have understood me and, when we came back from dinner very late, found that extra toothbrush etc. had been delivered but not tea bab/milk. Arrived late, tired and stressed. Had dinner in self-service which was excellent with plenty of choice. Chef kept replenishing dishes. Wine was a bit pricey. Breakfast following morning was also excellent. The hotel was really very clean, staff in restaurant were first class. Bedroom was spotless. Strong recommend this hotel Due to its location, ability to get lovely meal late at night. Wonderful to walk from hotel to airport the following morning without having to bother with shuttle buses.

We ate dinner at the restaurant since the only alternate was the airport. The food & service were good, but it was VERY expensive. They also served an extensive breakfast buffet. It is right across the street from the airline terminal.
It is very convenient if you have an early morning flight, or arrive at the airport late & do not want to go into the city that late.

I only stayed one night. It was very helpful because my flight left at 7am next morning and all I had to do is cross the street to be at the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly like to stay there again.

The recent upgrading works well, good facilities and lighting in lobby areas and business support areas. Convenient location only 100 m away from the airport terminal means checking in was made that much easier. No aircraft noise detected when windows closed at night. Good design in the upgraded bathrooms of the suite we stayed in.

A 3 minute walk from baggage claim. Very convenient. Clean. Would have preferred to have an in room alarm clock. Wake up call automated service NOT in English so had to call the desk. WiFi very expensive and cumberson. 11 euros to T-mobile for 2 hours of CONTINUOUS usage.

Fantastic airport location. Perfect for an early flight out of Vienna or a stopover. The breakfast was by far the best hotel buffet i have ever had! Beautiful modern hotel and i didn't notice any air traffic noise, although i was only there from midnight - 8am. The room was comfortable and modern and the bathroom large. The hotel staff were friendly and allowed me to keep a suitcase in their storage room for 4 days whilst i was travelling out of Vienna to pick up on my return. The only downside for me was the mini bar had a lock on it, you had to go down to reception to pick up the key, also the menu in the room didn't have an English translation which made it difficult, also no access to inhouse pay per view movies. Travel into Vienna city centre on bus was only 30mins and €6 or a 15 min train for €8.
