The locational excellence, staff friendliness asnd the room- all very well. Some items like Hair drier, Tea maker and mini bar should have been there in the room to make thje whole lot complete. Being nearer to FJBahnhauf and tram station had been the strong point. Breakfast was ewxcellent. I wil be there again if I am around.

Positives : The hotel location is good and the breakfast was quite wholesome.
Negatives: The rooms are horrible, the only thing going for the rooms is the size. The bathrooms are close to falling apart, the lighting is poor and one section of the flooring was giving way. The TV is a 14Inch box without a remote. The heating was not well regulated we either sweated in the night or shivered. The day staff at the reception was excellent. The night staff had a "I do not care attitude"! . The lifts are rather old and semi manual and would get stuck between floors !
Would only recommend the hotel for its location and as a last resort option.

the toilet had leaked all over the bathroom floor and the bedroom carpet causing the bathroom tiles to lift and loosening the toilet itself from the floorThe smell was awful.Despite bringing this to their attention we were not moved until the following day following a sleepless night.We were only offered 30% reduction on one night.

The facility was certainly not new but very serviceable. The room was clean, the breakfast was very adequate, the location was central, public transportation was at the front door. The room rate was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

Supposed to be 3 star.Really only 2 star. Staff not really friendly-felt that they were doing you a favour in their spare time. Poor breakfast.
