internet is in a closet in the hallway. fitness center is dark and not accessible. our original room was in the back facing other walls and was dark and depressing. Went back to the front desk and thezy gave us an excellent room facing the street wtiht lots of dayllight. Thanks to the front desk person that day

The hotel is located in the best place to visit the city, very close to the cathedral, public transports, main shops ... etc. The service is excelent, they kindly inform about directions, public transports...

This hotel is centrally located, surrounded by the main pedestrian malls, shopping, restaurants, and very close to the Mozart House and other cultural attractions and historical sites. The room was not large but was sufficient and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is excellent for local cuisine. The price was reasonable for the location. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Vienna.
