Rational and clean, very close to the efficient underground (4 stops to the cathedral square). I just have a bad arrival: they offered a different than booked solution (1+3 rooms instead of 2+2). After a short complaining they give us two 3+3 rooms. From that moment on, no problems with the staff, very gentle and efficient.

It would have been nica to have aircondition in the room. Otherwise everything was nice

Good size room, clean hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. Close to subway, however not a great area.

The courtyard in the central part of hotel building is very noisy while people talk there at night, even until 3 o'clock. Please offer a quiet environment for the other guests to sleep, thanks!

Excellent venue, close to all forms of transport. Staff could not be more helpful and the Breakfast was very good. Only gripe... Like other European hotels they do not provide tea and coffee in the room.
