This hotel is way out of town, but there is a bus service. Young staff very helpful and friendly, but the older staff are not. Actually this reflects Austria.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The reception people were nasty and rude. They did not have smoke-free rooms available and claimed that the booking company was terrible and that is why there were no rooms available. Also, despite literature in the room that indicated that the shuttle to the airport was free (the only reason besides proximity that I booked this rat hole) was not in fact free, even though it was from the airport to the hotel. The front desk person forced me to pay 10 euros for a one way trip to the airport and refused to call a cab instead. In addition, the front desk person would not even reserve the shuttle unless I paid in advance. When I got home, I had a rash on my face and my dermatologist told me it was probably caused by the pillow case that I used most recently, which was at this horrible hotel. The contact number for problems provided by hoteltravel.com was not available.
