Rooms are silent, clean and with large beds. Bathrooms on the 1st floor are clean but a little old.
The hall , the bar and the restaurant are very nice and breakfast is really good with a very large choice, from croissant to eggs and bacon, sausages,yogurt, orange juice,etc. Service for breakfast is very kind and gentle.
Just a problem:we had a reservation for 2 rooms and they told me to have be paid only for one and want a guarantee from me for the other. At the end, the morning of the last day, they understood that my rooms were all paid and solved the problem....

I was very disappointed at not finding air conditiong in the standard room, or even electric fan. In Vienna we had more than 36 C. degrees on last Thursday/Friday, so it was almost impossible to use the room to work in the afternoon. The unavailability of air conditioning should be made clear during the reservation process.

Do not be fooled by the hotels 4* rating, it is more like a 3* hotel for the accomodation and a 2* for the service and responsiveness from the staff. The breakfast is a typical continental affair which is substantial enough to get you through most of the day. The Bellevue Hotel Vienna has a good location just outside of the ring-strasse with easy access to the 'D' tram which runs every 10 minutes into the cetre of Vienna.
