We arrived just before 2.00pm hoping to check in a little early as we needed to get somewhere. We were told check in wasn't until 3.00pm. When we came back at 3.00pm, our room still wasn't ready. The concierge we'd spoken to disappeared and we didn't get the room until about 3.15pm. I would have hoped for a little more effort on their part, given the price of the hotel.
