Rated #48 for all Sydney hotels
This was a clean, servicable hotel that definately suited my purposes during my stay in Sydney. It was a ten minute walk to the city centre and not too far from the airport....

Face cloths not supplied for first three days. Were supplied on request.
Room had adjoining door and noise from next room a concern.
In general very good location handy to central city buses and trains.
Would stay again.

Most positive point is the location of the hotel. Very close to Darling Harbour, CBD and Kings Cross. The Hotel is partly under construction, therefor many things (restaurant, bar) were closed. Disappointing were the poor hotel facilities (no internet access in the room, unexperienced concierge etc.). And it was really noisy and last but not least I wasn't able to switch off the air condition.

Not happy with our stay, the staff were disorganised and did not inform us of changes and when asked to book things did not do things correctly or at the right time. The bathroom was dirty and the taps leaked all over the floor.
