Very unhappy about large supplement for gym. Fortunately i am a member of Fitness First, which is around the corner. Swimming pool also closed on last trip and no attendant in the business centre - and excessive internet charges. Seem to be short of staff. Limited F&B for 5 star hotel therefore eat outside. Saving grace is a good location.
