Great stay. Great great great location, could walk almost anywhere in sydney. View from the top of the hotel was amazing. Could be noisy at night but used ear plugs and it was fine. Couldn't go wrong booking this hotel if location and view is what you are after. Bathroom was a little small but very clean....

Even the front office manager was not very helpful in accomodating our needs. We requested a high floor room and they gave us a room on the bottom floor, saying it was full. It was only when i mentioned that we were on our honeymoon that they gave us a higher room. When calling down to request any items, staff was unwilling to come up to help.

The location is great! Rooms were small, but clean. When I was there, they were undergoing some improvements so only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. This was a little frustrating when you had to wait a long time for an elevator. Overall, I was very happy with the place, and I would stay there again for the price I paid on HotelTravel.com.
