Great location and great room, but got stuck on a smoking floor that stank. Housekeeping often forgot to leave towels or facecloths or a bath mat which we would then have to calll down for. Would go back again, as long as it was to a non smoking floor....

Desk staff were very helpful and we had a big room with a view of the harbour. However our room was never cleaned properly with dirty sheets left insitu and a dirty bathroom for the whole 5 days. Check out took 45 mins as only 2 junior staff on duty - this seemed to happen most days. Meals very pricey for the standard offered.
