Great location, walking distance to monorail, entertainment centre & darling habor. The rooms are small and a little 'tired' but are nicely furnished and the bathroom is a good size. Some rooms face the main road and can be very noisy at night. Overall in terms of location and overall room standard is is reasonably good value.

The rooms were too small with no fresh air- they were expensive for a bed and TV although neat and clean. The concierge was rarely there and not overly helpful when available. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent. Staff were slow at check in and out. Should have one staff for queries and longer check in/out etc and one for fast lane in/out (what’s my room number, what’s my bill, here is my payment).

Well run hotel, with large rooms. Food was particularly good, especially the attached 'Pump House' for evening meals.
